The Challenge Mallorca triathlon hotspots are the best option to follow the evolution of all the racers during the swim, bike and the run courses.
Spectators will have enough to do and see during the Challenge Peguera race days. There are some possibilities to watch your favorite athlete in situ or online from your home. For athletes it would be great if as many people as possible cheer them along the swim, bike, and run course. Here below we have listed a couple of locations where you can see the athletes during their race:
To follow athletes on the swim course
Place: Torร beach
The Challenge Mallorca triathlon hotspot at the swim course will be at the Torร beach. The swim course will start and finish on the beautiful Torร beach.You can follow the swim from the โarenaโ (sandy area) of the beach or watch them from one of the bars along the promenade while enjoying a cool drink!
To follow athletes on the bike course
You can go to the Challenge Mallorca triathlon hotspots at the bike course on the following zones of the Calviร municipality: Es Capdellร , Calviร , Santa Ponรงa.
Place: Es Capdellร : (bike course km 6,5 and km 53). Joana Nogues Square.
Es Capdellร is a picturesque village nestled in the Tramuntana mountain range and located between the towns of Calviร and Peguera.
Locals are organising their hotspot with music and some activities to cheer athletes.Es Capdellร is also a good place to enjoy one of our popular dishes, the โpa amb oliโ.
How to get to this village during the race:
By car: How to get to this village on RACE DAY: IMPORTANT, during the race this town will be totally closed to traffic from 9am to 2pm. We do not recommend using the car to get there.
By bike: if you want to watch the cycling course from Es Capdellร , the best option is to cycle to the village. Es Capdellร is 6.5 km away from Peguera and you can use the walking path to get there and back to Peguera. The walking path goes parallel to the main road, used by athletes during the race.
Place: Calviร : (bike course km 11 and km 56) Place: Vila square
The historic town of Calviร is located on the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountain range, between Es Capdellร and Santa Ponรงa
Locals are organising their hotspot with music and some activities to cheer athletes.How to get to this village on October 17 during the race: By car: If you decide go with car to Calviร you should park outside the town,and then walk to town. You can then leave Calviร and head to Peguera, Palma or Santa Ponรงa at any time.
By bike: if you want to watch the cycling course from Calviร you can cycle to Peguera. Calviร is 11 km away from Peguera and you can use the walking path to get there and back to Peguera. The walking path goes parallel to the main road, used by athletes during the race.
Place: Santa Ponรงa (bike course km 40 and 83)

To follow athletes on the run courseย
Peguera has many Challenge Mallorca triathlon hotspots at the run course. You can follow the race at the Palmira beach promenade, at the Peguera boulevard and also, near the finish line (4 laps) at the Torร square.ย
Place: Peguera. the Torร Square (Stadium, T1, T2) Finish line zone
The Torร Square is the main place of the race. It is in front of Torร beach (swim course) and 150 meters away from T1&T2. From here you can follow all the updates and see the athletes swimming, through the transitions, running and crossing the finish line. DJs, speakers, expo and fair, screens and more surprises to follow the race and have the ball of your life!
Important: before they โreallyโ cross the Finish Line, athletes will cross it three times. Do not get confused!
